  • Sharing Ideas

    Let's discuss your vision and use the information provided in the order form as a starting point. We'll share concept sketches of your custom furniture and exchange ideas to bring your vision to life.

    Design and Approval

    After discussing your requirements and reviewing sketches, I will create a detailed 3D design for your custom piece. You will have the opportunity to make adjustments until you are satisfied with the final result.

    Crafting Process

    Once we have finalized your design, I will begin crafting your custom furniture. Throughout the process, I will keep you updated with progress photos, ensuring your involvement every step of the way. Please note that major design changes or modifications cannot be made at this stage unless they are necessary for structural reasons.

    Delivery

    Once your custom furniture is ready, you can choose to either pick it up directly from me or have it delivered to your location. While I do not provide delivery services, I am here to assist you in finding the best delivery method and accommodating your preferences. Please keep in mind that separate delivery costs will apply.


  • Detailed 3D Design Fee

    Once we have finalized the concept sketches, I will create a detailed 3D design for your custom piece. To protect intellectual property and ensure the exclusivity of your design, a non-refundable design fee based on the project's cost will be requested.

    Deposit Payment

    Prior to commencing the crafting process, a deposit payment is required. If the final price of your order exceeds $500, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is requested. If the final price is $500 or less, the full product price is to be paid as a deposit.

    Final Payment

    Before your custom furniture is delivered or ready for pickup, the final payment for the remaining balance is required.

    If you choose delivery, please note that separate delivery costs will apply, which vary depending on the chosen service.

    I aim to provide clarity and transparency throughout the payment process. Detailed information regarding payment amounts and deadlines for each stage of your custom order will be communicated to you.


  • As a one-person maker, it's important to note that the production time for your custom order might be longer than expected. Depending on the design and scale of your furniture, it can take approximately 6 to 10 weeks or even more from the start of production.

    Despite the extended timeframe, I assure you that I will put in the utmost care and attention to detail to create a perfect piece for you.

  • My main priority as a custom furniture maker is your satisfaction with your order. Since each piece is tailored to your specific requirements, I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind or general dissatisfaction.

    However, if there's a manufacturing defect, an error on my part, or if the item is damaged during shipping, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. I'll work closely with you to find a solution, such as repairing, replacing, or providing store credit for the damaged item, at no extra cost.
