Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your product is damaged during shipping or arrives with defects, please contact us at mstiiique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with proof of damage.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at mstiiique@gmail.com with photos and details of the defect or damage. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders and any products damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
