SHIPPING POLICY

At MSTIIIQ Furniture, each piece is made to order. Please allow 3-8 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

We ship to the U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.

Damage in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Note: Shipping timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays or weather conditions.
